To manage end-to-end accounting operations with high accuracy, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support financial decision-making through structured reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities (invoicing, receipts, payments)
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
Record transactions including purchases, sales, and expenses
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
Support internal and external audit processes
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and queries
Key Performance Indicators
Accuracy and completeness of financial records
Timely completion of monthly closures
Compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory deadlines
Efficiency in reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
1-3 years of relevant experience
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
Proficiency in MS Excel
