B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, M.S., M.Sc. — B.E./ B. Tech equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Biotech/Civil/Food/Textile/Metallurgy/Petrochemical/Nanotechnology/Energy/Environmental/Polymer engineering/Chemical Technology and ME/M. Tech/M.S in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical / Energy Engineering / Nanotechnology / Biotech/Civil/Environmental Engineering and allied areas Or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Environmental Science/ Materials Science/ Nanoscience and Nanotechnology or equivalent Or B. Tech. in Engineering with materials related specialization such as Materials Science/ Metallurgy/ Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/ Ceramic Engineering/ Surface Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 70% aggregate marks or 7.5 CGPA in UG (wherever applicable)..
