Job description
1. 部門人力規劃、管理及新進人員培訓。
2. 負責IQC、SQE、QS、QA Lab及AQE團隊之工作安排與管理，確保來料品質、供應商品質、品質系統、實驗室管理及客戶品質管理工作有效執行。
3. 客訴及客戶品質問題處理，重大客戶事件決策及彙報。
4. 主導客戶來訪、稽核、驗廠及工檢等相關事宜。
5.客戶日常報告審核及品質相關需求對應。
6.部門內品質目標達成狀況掌握及持續改善。
7.具備與客戶直接商務溝通之英文能力
8.10年以上電子製造業品質管理經驗，其中5年以上主管職經驗；具WiFi、網通產品或消費性電子產品品質管理經驗者優先
