Where You'll Make a Difference
Read full description
- Perform quality audits and transaction reviews to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and controls.
- Identify process gaps, defects, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Analyze quality trends and prepare reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
- Conduct RCA and support CAPA implementation to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, reduce risks, and drive process excellence.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in RCA, CAPA management, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, Quality Management, or Process Excellence methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards, data visualization, and trend analysis.
- Exposure to Shared Services, Finance Operations, Procurement, or GBS environments.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, DMAIC, and Kaizen.
- Proven track record of driving automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
