Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for the Loan Origination System, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, SQL queries, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and improve user experience.
- Monitor application performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent downtime.

- Assist in the training of end-users and provide guidance on best practices for using the application.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in application support, particularly in the BFSI domain.

- Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems and their operational requirements.
