Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports using advanced Excel skills to support business decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the MIS team, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication among team members.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to MIS operations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Advanced Excel skills for report preparation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of management information systems (MIS) principles and practices.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills for clear communication.
