Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS Executive to join our E-commerce Business Team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and analysing key business reports and dashboards that help drive strategic and operational decisions. You will act as a bridge between data and business teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

- Design, develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for LA Category
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause for any unexpected variances.
- Create dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide customized reports and insights.
- Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Assist in annual planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Support management in decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and business performance summaries.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of large data sets across multiple sources.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) and Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of SQL and data querying for report generation.
- Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications.
- 3+ yrs of relevant work experience.
- Advanced Excel certification or MIS/data analysis course is a plus.
- Prior experience in an ecommerce or retail company preferred.
