Job description
Provide analysis to help inform the sales business unit in respect to Key metrics and trends
Analyzes business needs, sourcing of data and streamlining reporting processes for efficient production
Prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders
Build and maintain ongoing contest deliverables including QA, leader reviews and escalation
management
Leverage tools such as Tableau, SQL, Alteryx and Power BI to streamline and maintain deliverables
Help identify and eliminate obstacles to replicate and scale reports
Perform adhoc analysis and manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
Manage effective communication of update, challenges and changes across sales leaders and key
stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experience.
