?Build out and maintain the large language model and messaging database to enhance content creation processes and messaging frameworks.
?Assist with value-messaging workflows to deliver targeted messaging in a scalable way
?Analyze existing messaging and sales data to identify trends and patterns in messaging effectiveness and performance across different channels.
?Develop and maintain reporting dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights to the Sales Messaging team and BU Ops partners.
?Continuously learn and apply Agentics to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency, utilizing automation to reduce manual processes and enhance overall productivity within the Sales Messaging function.
